Thursday evening February 27th before sunset, look toward the southwestern horizon for the 4.5-day old waxing crescent Moon to be about 6-7o from the planet Venus.
It may be possible to see 4th magnitude Nu Piscium as this graphic shows. However it may be more likely to be seen if using more magnification like with a telescope.
